FTR supplied a team mechanic to the Madison Saracen downhill team for the first round of the 2012 UCI World Cup circuit in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. The team started the year with a good result with 2011 Junior world champion Manon Carpenter, finishing in 2nd place in her first the Senior Elite category race.
In 2011, FTR provided mechanical support to the Torq Performance Mountain Bike team. The team comprised of a mix of riders, from XC to solo endurance and 24 hour riders aiming to reach their personal goals. These riders came together to form teams/pairs to defend the many team endurance event titles that Torq attained during the previous year. The team rode on the Kona Watt frame set during 2011.
TORQ riders went on to win/podium in the Exposure 12 solo, Twentyfour12 and TORQ in your sleep.
FTR also provided their neutral mechanic service for a round of the Midlands XC regional series as well as Twentyfour12.
On the road, support was provided at the Ludgershall road criterium winter and summer series races.
